Junk Monkey Paint Company's "Milkshake" Milk paint. This paint comes dry, as a true milk paint does, in powder form in a resealable pouch package. You mix just what you need for your project. Mix with equal parts of water, whisk together and let it sit for 10 minutes to get the paint activated. You will notice the look is like a frothy milkshake. This paint allows you to create a chippy, antiqued look. This paint has a mind of it's own. It will chip and flake where it wants to. The shinier the piece you are painting the more chipping you will get. This is an ALL NATURAL product, 100% VOC Free, Non-toxic. Package Contains Dry Powder Milk Paint. It makes One pint liquid measure when water is added. But you only mix up what you need as it does not last after mixed. You can store in the refrigerator for 24 hours. This is great for unfinished wood and other porous surfaces. Storage: Keep tightly closed and out of high heat or extreme cold! This will last indefinitely if stored properly. HINT: I use 1 Tablespoon of paint powder and 1 Tablespoon of Water, whisked together to paint a footstool. I use 3 Tablespoons of paint powder and 3 Tablespoons of water, whisked together to paint a chair. Typically I will do 2 coats of paint on whatever piece I am painting. This is a great product, but much different than regular paint. For new users it will seem weird. Trust the process. It will chip and flake as it drys. Sand with a sanding block after it has dried before applying second coat, if desired
