It is used to facilitate and make more precise the marking of lines on asphalt, concrete, pavements, car parks, pedestrian crossings and the like. It allows you to apply paint close to the wall or at the edges, and helps control line width, uniformity and speed of application. It is not a mechanized cart: it is a physical guide/support that "drags" the paint from the can or pre-loaded paint, with adjustable delivery. Stroke length per paint can: approx 40-50.
